摘要
介绍了电动螺旋压力机的基本原理,从压力机的具体工况出发,设计了以PLC和变频器为控制核心的电动螺旋压力机控制系统,阐明了控制系统的硬件组成和软件实现方法。针对JD-58型电动螺旋压力机进行了控制系统改造,实验表明改造后的控制系统具有较好的静动态性能,完全满足该压力机的运行要求。
This article describes basic principles of electric screw press,considering electric screw press actual situation,designs electric screw press with PLC and inverter control system.This document describes structure features of control system which based on PLC and inverter hardware implementation and software design.The new control system which is suitable for JD-58 electric screw press has been built,experimental results show that the system has better static and dynamic performance,completely fits electric screw press operation.
