摘要
以制浆黑液中提取的木质素为原料,通过Mannich反应使木质素胺化改性合成阳离子木质素胺,以含氮量来确定木质素的改性程度。探讨了超声作用对木质素胺化改性的影响,采用红外、差热等分析测试方法对木质素和木质素胺的结构进行研究,通过黏度和表面张力的测定对木质素胺的物理性能进行了分析。结果表明,超声处理有助于提高木质素的反应活性,使木质素的改性率增加,木质素经碱活化后再超声处理的改性效果更好,改性样品表面活性明显增强。
The lignin from black liquor was modified through Mannich reaction to synthesize a kind of cationic surfactant-lignin amine.The modified degree of lignin was determined by nitrogen content.The effect of ultrasound on aminating modification of lignin was studied.The viscosity and surface tension were measured to determine the physical performance of the modified samples,and the product structure was charactered by infrared spectrum and TG.The results showed that ultrasonic treatment is of benefit to improve the reactivity of lignin,and increase the modification rate of lignin.Modification effect of lignin by the ultrasonic treatment is improved after alkaline activating.The modified sample has higher surfactivity obviously.
