液化石油气发生沸腾液体扩展蒸气爆炸的事故分析 被引量:6

摘要 液化石油气在一定条件下易发生沸腾液体扩展蒸气爆炸事故,该事故造成的伤害范围极大.通过对液化石油气储配站装卸工艺介绍及危险分析、辨识,基于事故树分析,列出对应的可能导致沸腾液体扩展蒸气爆炸事故发生的基本事件,并由此构建了液化石油气沸腾液体扩展蒸气爆炸事故树.通过分析事故树的最小割集和其对偶成功树的最小径集,分别确定了事故发生模式和事故控制模式.从分析基本事件结构重要度、最小割集结构重要度和最小径集结构重要度入手,得出导致液化石油气沸腾液体扩展蒸气爆炸事故发生的最直接的、最需要控制的因素就是点火源及罐体受高温烘烤. Under certain conditions,liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) is prone to boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion accident.Based on the analysis and identification in the hazard process of the actual case of LPG storage and distribution station handling technology,the basic events which could lead to boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion accident from the fault tree analysis was gived,and the boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion accident tree of LPG and it's dual success tree were constructed.Through the analysis of the minimum cut set of the accident tree and the path set of the dual success tree,the accidents mode and the accidents control mode were obtained,respectively.From the analysis of structure importance degree of the basic events,structure importance degree of minimal cut set and structure importance degree of the minimal radius set,the most direct and the most in need of controlling factors of LPG boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion accident are "the ignition source and tank affected by high temperature baking".It is necessary to strengthen electrical equipment intrinsically safe,take reasonable and effective fire fighting cooling measures,and keep daily security supervision.
