摘要
目的了解甘肃省县级医疗机构卫生服务及卫生人力现状及需求。方法采用多级分层整群抽样原则,以县(区)级医疗机构及人员为研究对象进行现场问卷调查,收集有关卫生服务资料,运用卫生人力需求量法、人力/人口比值法等进行需求分析。结果各类地区县级医疗机构床位数有所增加,病床使用率普遍提高,诊疗人次数有所上升;平均住院日在不同地区、不同机构中变化不等。结论甘肃省县级医疗机构卫生服务与利用情况,基本逐步趋于合理;卫生人力需求量有所改善,而二类地区县级医疗机构卫生技术人员仍不能满足需求量。
Objective To investigate the supply and demand situation of service and workforce in the county-level health institutions in Gansu Province, China. Methods Based on the principle of stratified cluster sampling, questionnaires were conducted among employees in county-level health institutions in Gansu to collect information about health service condition. Data was analyzed in terms of health- workforce demand and health professionals per capita and so on. Results The hospital beds' supply and utilization rate as well as admissions increased across different regions in Gansu's county-level health institutions. However, the average length of hospitalization changed unequally in different areas and institutions within Gansu. Conclusion Although the overall supply and demand of health workforce in Gansu's county-level health institutions is adjusting towards reasonability, the supply of health professionals remains deficient in Type II county-level health institutions.
