孕中期CCAM胎儿行开放式手术后继续妊娠并成功分娩一例报告 被引量：5

摘要 先天性肺囊性腺瘤样畸形（congenitalcysticadenomatoidmalformationofthelung，CCAM）是一种不多见的肺部多发囊性变伴支气管增生形成肿块的畸形，瘤体内缺乏正常的肺泡，多为单叶受累，根据病灶大小和肿块的同质性可分为Ⅰ～Ⅲ型。CCAM占先天性肺部畸形的25％[1]，其可能是胎儿或新生儿的一种致死性病变，可出现胎儿水肿、新生儿呼吸困难，也有少数患儿出生后无明显症状。
