摘要
孔庄矿三期改扩建工程投产后,矿井需风量将大幅提高。经测定分析,现有通风系统中主要通风机无法满足改扩建后的通风需要。为此,经模拟计算矿井生产过渡时期和改扩建后矿井通风系统的变化,提出了更换现有主要通风机的合理期限,优化选择了改扩建工程投产后新主要通风机的合理工况点。经现场检验,模拟计算的矿井改扩建过渡时期和改扩建工程投产后通风系统变化时期的主要通风参数与井下实测数据非常吻合。证明提出的孔庄煤矿深部改扩建主要通风机并网运行关键问题的解决方案科学合理、切实可行。
Kongzhuang Mine put into operation after three projects of renovation and expansion, the required air volume underground need to be increased substantially. According to the measurement and analysis, the existing ventilation systems can' t meet the main fan ventilation' s needs after renovation and expansion. In this paper, based on the simulated the changes in the mine ventilation system during the transition and expansion period of mine production, the replacement of reasonable period for the existing major fan was proposed, and the optimization of a reasonable new main fan operating point when the project put into operation after the expansion. According to the field test, the main ventilation parameters and measured data underground by simulating the changes in the mine ventilation system during the transition and expansion period of mine production is very consistent. Facts have proved that it was a scientific, rational and practical solution.
