摘要 冀中能源峰峰集团大淑村矿东一采区-450m水平新东翼皮带巷和轨道巷均处于172102工作面停采保护煤柱下方,处于应力集中区域,前期开挖的轨道巷围岩变形严重,表现为:断面缩小、底鼓严重、锚索拉断、U型钢支架破坏;对新掘皮带巷采用了钢管混凝土支架支护,文中介绍了其支护原理、支护特点、支护能力及方案设计、工艺过程等。目前支架已经开始承载,根据支架载荷监测结果,表明支架完好,巷道稳定。 New east flank belt lane and orbit lane of - 450m horizon in east - one working area of Dashu county mine in Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group are both in the region of stress concentration, and below the mining - stopped protecting coal pillar of 172102 working face. The wall rock of the premining orbit lane is distorted significantly, marked by shrinking section, serious floor heave, broken anchor cable and destroyed steel stand of U ' shaped. Stand supporting of concrete - fined steel tube is used in the new - mined belt lane and its principle, charicteristic and ability of supporting, as well as its plan design and technological processes are introduced. At present, the stand has been in use. According to the monitoring result of stand load, the stand is in good order and the lane is stable.
