摘要
医疗器械和药品一样,属于治病救人的特殊商品,其质量的安全有效直接关系到广大人民群众的身体健康。我国正处于传统社会向现代社会的转型期,医疗器械制造行业制度的不完善导致该行业诚信缺失的问题日益突出,一些失信现象严重影响到行业的良性发展、人民身体健康和社会的和谐稳定。加强医疗器械生产企业的诚信建设,建立公平正义、诚信友爱的行业自律机制既是社会和谐的重要因素,也是企业做大做强的重要途径,具有十分重要的现实意义。
