摘要
用薄层扫描法测定施康复颗粒剂 ( )中苦参碱的含量。用甲苯 -丙酮 -乙醇 -浓氨试液 (2 0∶ 2 0∶ 3∶1)为展开剂 ,在硅胶 G薄层板上分离苦参碱 ,以改良碘化铋钾为显色剂 ,采用双波长反射法锯齿扫描测定其含量 ,λS=5 15 nm,λR=6 5 0 nm,结果表明 ,苦参碱在 2 .32 8~ 6 .984μg范围内呈线性关系 ,回归方程为 Y=2 886 .0 6 X - 2 0 6 6 .96 ,r=0 .9980。加样回收率为 97.7% ,RSD =2 .31%。本法简便。
A TLC method for the quantitation of matrine in Shikangfu granules Ⅱ was described. A mixed solvent of toluene acetone ethanol concentrated ammonia solution (20∶20∶3∶1) was employed as the developer, and dected at 515 nm. Colour developing agent was modified bismuth potassium iodide. Results gave a linear concentration range of 2.328~6.984 μg, regression equation of Y=2 886 02~2 066 96, correlation coefficient r=0 998 0 and average recovery and RSD 97 7% and 2.31%. This method is simple, relatively fast and reproducible.
