IgG在前列腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨免疫球蛋白(IgG)在前列腺癌组织中的表达及与病理分级的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测前列腺癌和前列腺增生症组织中IgG的表达。结果:45例前列腺癌组织中IgG阳性表达率91.1%,而40例前列腺增生组织中IgG阳性表达率12.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=49.585,P=0.000)。IgG在前列腺癌组织中的表达与(r=0.403,P=0.006)。结论:IgG在前列腺癌组织中高表达,与Gleason分级呈正相关,与前列腺肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。
