MgO、Y_2O_3添加剂对原位反应制备ZTM/Al_2O_3材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文主要探讨了MgO、Y2 O3 添加剂对原位反应制备ZTM/Al2 O3 材料常温力学性能的影响。实验表明 :MgO可明显提高材料的烧结致密度 ;Al2 O3 的含量越高 ,MgO的添加越有利于材料常温抗弯强度的提高 ;MgO对材料韧性的贡献小于Y2 O3 ;Y2 O3 可明显改善材料的韧性 ,但对常温抗弯强度的提高作用不大 ;对烧结致密化的作用小于MgO。Y2 O3 改善材料韧性的原因是与ZrO2 形成固溶体。 In this paper, the influences of MgO or Y 2O 3 addition on mechanical properties of ZTM/Al 2O 3 composite materials that were manufactured by the in-situ reaction were investigated. The results showed that MgO addition could promote the densification of ZTM/Al 2O 3 composite materials remarkably. The strength of specimens at room temperature was also increased as the content of Al 2O 3 powder increased. It was no obviously effect of MgO addition on specimen′s toughness. The toughness of specimens added Y 2O 3 addition could be obviously increased, but the effects of Y 2O 3 addition on densification and the strength of ZTM/Al 2O 3 composite materials were less than that of MgO addition.
