摘要
在钻井过程中钻头破碎岩石所产生的大小、形状各异的岩屑颗粒堆积在井底,如不及时清理将会使钻头重复破碎,影响钻井速度,增加钻井成本。在大斜度、大位移井中,钻头破碎的岩屑易在井中形成岩屑床,导致钻井过程蹩泵、蹩钻甚至卡钻,因此,井眼净化是钻大斜度井的关键技术。在分析岩屑床的成因及危害的基础上,分析了井斜角、环空返速、钻井液性能、钻井液流态、钻具旋转等因素对携带岩屑效果的影响,提出了一些有效预防和解决高难度定向井携岩问题的办法和措施,指出最有效的方法应是适当地利用大排量、改善钻井液性能和借助岩屑床清除工具等相结合的综合措施除岩。
In drilling process, drill bit breaks the rock into cuttings of different sizes and shape that accumulate at the bottom of a well. Bits may be broken repeatedly if the cuttings could not be cleaned up on time, and thus affect drilling rate and increase drilling cost. In high angle deviated well and extended reach well, cuttings are easily to build up cutting bed, leading to pump building, bit bouncing and drill pipe sticking. Borehole cleaning is therefore a key technique for drilling of high angle deviated well. This paper detailed the danger of cutting bed and processing, analyzed the factors affecting hole angle, velocity in annular, drilling fluid performance, flow state of drilling fluid, and rotation of drilling tool, and put forward some effective methods to solve the cutting migration in high challenge directional wells. It pointed out that the most effective method to clean cuttings away was to be based on moderate use of large-displacement tools, improvement of drilling fluid performance, and with the help of the tools removing cuttings bed.
