摘要
建立了轮胎与路面的耦合动力模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink对路面不平整度进行仿真,并以此路面不平度作为动力分析的输入激励,并对轮胎对路面的动态作用力进行建模仿真.仿真结果表明:路面不平度是符合期望为零的各态历经的平稳Gauss随机过程,无法用一个确定的函数式来表达;轮胎对路面的作用力是不断变化的随机动态作用力.动态作用力的均值也要明显大于静态作用力的恒定值,路面动态作用力的峰值也明显大于静态恒载.同时,随着路面等级的下降,轮胎路面的动态作用力表现的更明显,波动的频率和幅值都不断增加.
The dynamic model of tire coupled with pavement has been established according to structural dynamics theory.Using the software MATLAB/Simulink road roughness is simulated,which then as input incentive of dynamic analysis.And then using MATLAB/Simulink the dynamic force of pavement surface imposed by the tire is simulated.Simulation results show that: road surface roughness is in line with expectations of zero ergodic Gauss stationary random process,which cannot be express with a certain style function.Force of the tire on the road is not constant,but a constantly changing stochastic dynamic force.The mean of dynamic force was also significantly greater than the constant value of the static force,and the peak of dynamic also significantly greater than static constant load.Meanwhile,the lower level of the road and dynamic force on the road tire performance is more obvious,i.e.the frequency and amplitude fluctuations increase.
