摘要
以"红地球"葡萄果梗为试材,研究了SO2处理浓度和时间、贮藏温度和湿度对"红地球"葡萄果梗新鲜度的影响,以确定在贮藏过程中对葡萄果梗新鲜度的影响因素。结果表明:"红地球"葡萄在0℃贮藏第50天时果梗有明显呼吸峰。使用SO24 800μL/L×0.5h和2 400μL/L×2.5h剂量在0和25℃贮藏30d后果梗萎蔫明显,果梗新鲜度为4级;当环境相对湿度低于80%、温度高于5℃时"红地球"葡萄有明显的干枯衰亡,果梗新鲜度降至4级。
Stem of ‘Red Globe’ grape was used as test material,the effect of from SO 2 concentration,time,storage temperature and humidity on stem freshness were studied,in order to identify the influential factors on freshness during storage.The results showed that a significant respiration peek appeared from the 50 th day under temperature of 0℃.A notably stem wilting,which freshness was level 4,showed after 30dwhen treated with SO 2 4 800 μ L/L×0.5h and 2 400 μ L/L×2.5hunder 0℃ and 25℃.The stem freshness dropped to level 4with obvious wilting when stored in relative humidity under 80% and temperature over 5℃.
