摘要
在查阅了大量文献的基础上,对煤炭自燃指标气体展开了进一步的研究。通过煤自燃指标气体程序升温实验,研究了实验初始温度、程序升温速率、干空气流量、煤样粒度和煤样量等实验条件发生变化时,煤自燃程序升温实验中气体产生的规律。实验表明,初始温度是影响气体产生规律的关键因素,煤样质量和程序升温速率次之。此研究成果对煤炭自燃防治工作具有指导意义。
Based on a large amount of related literatures,a further research on the index gases about the spontaneous combustion of coal was carried out.By programmed heading temperature experiment of coal spontaneous combustion,when such experimental conditions as the initial temperature of experiment,programmed raising rate of temperature,dry air flow,the particle size and weight of coal sample,etc.changed,the production laws of the index gases were researched.The results showed that the initial temperature was the most important influencing factor of the gases generation,the weight of coal sample and programmed raising rate of temperature took the second place.The research achievements have guiding significance for prevention and control work of coal spontaneous combustion.
