摘要
将硫酸锌添加到聚磷酸铵(APP)和双季戊四醇(DPER)膨胀阻燃聚丙烯(PP)体系中,采用氧指数(OI)、垂直燃烧(UL 94)、热分析(TGA)、红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)等分析方法,考察了硫酸锌对膨胀阻燃PP体系性能的影响,探讨其作用机理。结果表明:添加适量硫酸锌可以显著提高膨胀阻燃PP体系的氧指数和垂直燃烧性能,且少量添加不影响体系的力学性能和热老化性能;硫酸锌的作用对象主要是APP和DPER,它可以促进APP的交联,与DPER发生化学反应,从而改变DPER的失重过程;硫酸锌可以改善膨胀炭层的形貌,提高炭层的隔热隔质能力。
Polypropylene(PP)/ammonium polyphosphate(APP)/dipentaerythritol(DPER) composite system was prepared,and the effect of ZnSO4 on properties of intumescent flame-retardant PP system was researched by means of several kinds of analysis methods,including oxygen index(OI),vertical burning tests(UL-94),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that: the OI and UL-94 of intumescent flame-retardant PP system improve greatly by adding appropriate amount of ZnSO4,and then the mechanical properties and thermal aging property of the PP system have almost no changes by adding little amount of ZnSO4.ZnSO4 can promote the cross-linking of APP and react with DPER,and then the thermogravimetric process of DPER ia changed.ZnSO4 can also improve the morphology of intumescent carbon layer and the ability of heat insulation and mass isolation of carbon layer.
