摘要
采用钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ-101对氧化锑粉体进行表面改性。研究了NDZ-101用量、反应温度、反应时间对Sb2O3表面改性效果的影响。用FTIR、SEM等对改性Sb2O3进行表征。结果表明:最佳改性条件为NDZ-101用量3%,温度70℃,反应时间40 min。NDZ-101以化学接枝的方式包覆于氧化锑表面。其改性的Sb2O3粉体能均匀分散在聚丙烯(PP)中,有效降低了对PP基材力学性能的影响。
The Sb2O3 powder surface was organically modified with titanate coupling agent(NDZ-101).The effects of content of NDZ-101,reaction temperature and reaction time on the surface modification of Sb2O3 were researched.The modified Sb2O3 was characterized by means of FT-IR and SEM.The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: the content of NDZ-101 is 3%,the temperature is 70℃ and the reaction time is 40 min.The surface of Sb2O3 is covered with NDZ-101 by the way of chemical grafting,and then the modified Sb2O3 powder evenly disperses into PP so as to effectively reduce the influence on the mechanical properties of PP.
