中国二氧化碳排放的区域差异分解及影响因素——基于1995~2009年省际面板数据的研究 被引量:188

摘要 分别以碳排放强度和人均碳排放作为碳排放指标,对1995~2009年中国碳排放的区域差异进行结构分解,并实证研究不同碳排放水平的影响因素。结果发现,中国碳排放存在明显的区域差异,碳排放强度的区域差异大于人均碳排放的区域差异。三区域划分标准下,碳排放总体差异主要源于区域内差异;八区域划分标准下,碳排放总体差异主要源于区域间差异。能源强度、能源结构、人均GDP、产业结构是造成碳排放水平差异的重要因素。 This article takes the carbon dioxide emission intensity and per capi- ta carbon dioxide emissions as carbon dioxide emission targets, decompositions the regional difference of China's carbon dioxide emissions from 1995 to 2009, and studies the influence factors of carbon dioxide emissions in different levels. The re- sults show that it is obvious that regional differences and the regional differences of carbon dioxide emission intensity are greater than those of per capita carbon dioxide emissions. The overall differences are mainly from the regional differences in Three Zone standards, and the overall differences is mainly from the inter-regional differ- ences in Eight Zone standards. Energy intensity, energy structure, per capita GDP and industrial structure are the main factors caused the level difference of carbon di- oxide emissions.
