摘要
介绍催化裂化新型进料喷嘴—— BWJ型喷嘴采用新型旋流雾化结构 ,使催化裂化原料油得到了高质量的雾化。喷嘴冷态雾化试验 ,采用国际先进的相位多普勒粒子分析仪测试其雾化粒径和喷射速度 ,结果表明雾化粒径细小 ,与催化剂相当 ,喷射速度适中。工业应用后 ,轻油收率提高1%~ 3 % ,焦炭产率降低 1%左右 ,经测算每年可增加税后利润约 13 0 0万元。
A novelfeed injection nozzle BWJused in FCC unitforheavy oilprocessing is intro duced.Itadoptsspiralflow atomizing structureto achievehigh quality atomization ofthe feed.Thecold- state atomizing testofthenozzleusing airand waterwascarried out,and an advanced phase Dopplerparti cleanalyzerwas used to measure the atomized particle size and the injection velocity.The results showed thattheatomized dropletswere assmallas thecatalystparticle size,and the injection velocity was moder ate.In the commercialapplication,thistypeofnozzle enabled to improve lightoilyield by 1~ 3% and to reduce coke formation by1 % .Good economicbenefitwasobserved.
