摘要
利用丙烯酰胺 (AM)与N ,N -二甲基甲基丙烯酰氧乙基辛基溴化铵 (DMAO)跟羧甲基纤维素钠 (NaCMC)进行接枝共聚制备了耐盐增粘剂HCMC。通过红外光谱及元素分析对其结构与组成进行了分析。初步考察了无机盐、温度、剪切作用、pH和表面活性剂等因素对HCMC水溶液粘度的影响 ,研究发现HCMC具有良好的耐盐、一定的耐温和抗剪切性能 ,对pH的敏感度低于一般聚电解质 ,表面活性剂SDS(十二烷基磺酸钠 )对HCMC溶液的粘度性能具有协同增效作用。
By use of grafting copolymerization of Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (NaCMC) with acrylamide(AM) and dimethyl-methacryloxyethyloctyl ammonium bromide(DMAO),salt-resisting viscosifier HCMC with a small amount of hydrophobic groups has been prepared. Characterization of HCMC was accomplished by infrared spectrum and elementary analysis. Effects on viscosity of HCMC in aqueous solution were investigated of salt, temperature, shear rate, pH and surfactant as well. The preliminary findings indicated that HCMC has significant viscosification in the presence of salt at certain temperature and limited shear rate, more insensitive to pH than general polyelectrolytes. Additionally, it also possessed synergistic viscosification with sodium dodecyl sulfonate.
