摘要
本文概述了浏阳市和郴州市两个不同管理模式下林业工作站基本情况,并利用SWOT分析方法对两种不同体制的林业工作站进行优势、劣势、机会和威胁分析,在此基础上,探讨了"垂直管理+乡镇协管"这种新型林业工作站管理模式的构建,阐明了该模式的运行方式和形成机理,并提出了管理模式运行的保障机制。
Based on a brief introduction of two different management patterns of Forestry Workstations in Chenzhou and Liuyang City in Hunan Province,the new forestry workstation management pattern characterized as ＂vertical management and township co-management＂ by deploying SWOT method were measured.The operation mode and mechanism of this new management pattern were discussed by the result of it in the paper.And the guarantee mechanism for this operation mode was studied in this research.
