摘要
以微米级氧化铝为原料,采用AM-MBAM凝胶体系,制备出了流动性良好、高固相体积比的浆料,然后采用凝胶注模成型工艺制备出了中空氧化铝陶瓷反射体。研究了分散剂、引发剂、单体浓度及固相含量等关键因素对凝胶注模成型氧化铝陶瓷反射体的影响。结果表明:当分散剂、引发剂、单体的质量分数分别为0.4%,0.08%,7%时,浆料的固相体积分数为55%,黏度达到710 mPa.s,并可制备出表观形貌好,结构致密的氧化铝陶瓷反射体。
Slurry with good flowability and high solid content was prepared with micro-sized alumina powder and AM-MBAM gel.Hollow alumina ceramic reflectors were then fabricated by gel-casting using the prepared slurry.The effects of dispersant,initiator,monomer,solid content and other key factors on the gel-casting preparation of alumina ceramic reflectors were investigated.The results show that when the contents of dispersant,initiator and monomer are 0.4%,0.08% and 7%(mass fraction) respectively,the viscosity of the slurry reaches 710 mPa·s while its solid content is 55%(volume fraction).And,the alumina ceramic reflector prepared from this slurry shows a smooth surface and compact structure.
