摘要
海上作业直升机载接收机必须采用密封机箱。机载设备的小型化和轻型化要求使其体积缩小,而功率要求不降反升,从而导致热流密度急剧上升。详细介绍了某直升机载接收机的热设计方法,并进行了热仿真和试验验证。通过优化热设计,为良好的热设计及提高其可靠性和使用寿命提供了保证。
Hermetically sealed cabinet is required for heli-borne receiver working above sea.According to miniaturization and light design requirement,airborne unit becomes compact,but its power is required higher and the heat-flux races up.Thermal design of certain heli-borne receiver is introduced in detail in this paper.Thermal simulation and experiment is conducted to show that optimized thermal design improves the reliability and service life of the receiver.
