摘要
深孔类零件主要应用于工程机械,如挖掘机、装载机油缸、煤机液压支柱、水利油缸、军工炮管、飞机起落架等,具有广阔的应用领域。深孔类零件加工工艺主要有镗滚工艺和镗珩工艺2种,也有用冷拔管直接珩磨的,但其效率低,适合单件小批量生产,本文阐述了内孔粗糙度<Ra0.8μm的深孔零件的加工工艺,尤其详细阐述了深孔油缸刮滚组合加工工艺。
The workpieces which belong to deep-hole type was mostly applied in engineering machine such as hydraulic cylinder of grab and loading machine, hydraulic support of coal machine, hydraulic cylinder of irrigation works, tube of can- non and airplane undercarriage. There are two processes for machining the deep-hole workpieces. One is boring-roller, and the other is boring-honing. Hard-drawn tube can be adopted honing process direct, but it is lower efficiency. It is hardly a- dapted to big batch workpieces. This paper introduced how to choose a appropriate process to get the fine roughness, and discussed the combined skiving roller burnishing machining process in details.
