摘要
主要研究了烟条外观检测系统硬件和软件的设计方法以及系统的扩展性问题。阐述了以uPSD3254A型单片机为控制核心的硬件电路设计原理,基于C语言的模块化编程思路。在系统的扩展性方面,使用ZigBee模块组网,并通过GPRS实现远程控制。现场应用结果表明,系统满足设计要求,具有很高的安全性和可靠性。
This paper studies the hardware and software design of the control system for cigarette appearance detection and the expansibilty of this system.uPSD3254A MCU is used as the control core to design the hardware circuit,based on the C programming language module.ZigBee network module is used for the expansion of the system and the remote control is executed via GPRS.Field applied results show that the system meets the design requirements with high security and reliability.
