摘要
针对合肥市望塘污水处理厂辐流式二沉池集水渠附近有大量小絮凝体出现的情况,对集水渠附近的流速及沿池径方向SS指标进行了监测,分析了沉淀池的运行状况。结果表明,在辐流式二沉池的水面上,SS浓度最低的位置在距离池壁3.0~4.0 m之间;辐流式沉淀池进水流速较大,湍动能较大,不利于污泥沉降;沉淀池内存在明显的异重流,导致池壁处的上升流速较大,易将小絮凝体夹带至出水渠附近,导致出水效果不理想。
In allusion to the situation that large quantities of flocs appears nearby the catchment channel of the radial flow secondary sedimentation tank located at Wangtang Sewage Treatment Plant in Hefei.The flow velocity nearby the catchment channel and the index of SS along the side of the pool were monitored,the operation condition of the sedimentation tank was analyzed.The results showed that,on the water surface of the radial flow secondary sedimentation tank,the location of the lowest SS concentration was 3.0-4.0 meters away from the wall;the high inflow speed and the strong turbulent kinetic energy were unfavorable for the sludge sedimentation.In addition,as there existed obvious density current in the sedimentation tank,the upflow velocity nearby the wall was higher,the small flocs could easily be entrained into the outlet channel,which led an unsatisfactory treatment effect.
