摘要
为测量不规则物体的高度和宽度,提出了基于双激光传感器进行非接触式测量,与传统测量相比,具有精度高、速度快等特点。该系统安装简便、维护简单,运用winsock技术和TCP/IP协议进行数据收发和运算。根据实际使用情况,加入车头识别算法,通过现场实验结果验证了此系统的功能和稳定性,同时加入了查询、显示等功能。此系统可广泛应用于路口、码头、货物进出厂等领域,具有广阔的市场前景。
For measure width and height of inordinance objects,which is based on a double laser sensors for non-contact measurement is proposed,compared with the traditional measure,this method has a higher accuracy,speed and so on.This system install simplely,maintain simply and apply winsock technique and TCP/IP Protocol for data transceiver and operation.According to the practical,join distinguishable headstock algorithm.Through the field experiment results show the system function and stability add to query and display function.This system can be widely used in the intersection,dock,goods into the factory and other fields,and has a broad market prospect.
