摘要
在天然气压缩机高强度灰铸铁HT300缸体、缸盖等受压件受压部位的非加工面,采用刷碲涂料的方法解决渗漏问题,但必须注意碲在高温溶入铸铁中,对铸铁力学性能的不利影响。论述了碲元素含量及浇注温度对铸件石墨形态和抗拉强度的影响。实验和生产实践表明,在熔炼时最好不加刷过碲粉的回炉料,对于含有碲涂料的受压件,一定要严格控制浇注温度,以确保铸件的强度。
