摘要
按照三点弯曲梁断裂试验方法测得试件最大荷载、裂缝张口位移等参数,依据《水工混凝土断裂试验规程》计算出试件的断裂韧度值。分析了钢筋在混凝土中的限裂作用,同时利用声发射技术判断起裂点。试验结果表明:采用声发射振铃计数曲线、事件计数曲线、声发射能量曲线、振幅曲线判断起裂荷载具有较高的准确性;钢筋在混凝土试件中起到限裂作用,钢筋的位置对试件断裂韧度具有一定影响。
The maximum load value and crack mouth opening displacement(CMOD) were tested through three-point bending experiment and the fracture toughness values were calculated according to Norm for fracture test of hydraulic concrete of China.Based on the results of load-CMOD and load-deflection curve between normal concrete and reinforced concrete,limited crack effect was analyzed to reinforced concrete.And the problem to judge the initial load was solved by acoustic emission technology.The results show that the initial load is more accuracy through the acoustic emission ringing count curve,event count curve,acoustic emission energy curve and amplitude curve,the steel bar has the effect to limited cracks in concrete samples,and the position of the steel effect the fracture toughness of specimens.
