摘要
本文针对现行的大功率激光器的远场能量测量方法进行了介绍,分别设计了探测器阵列法和CCD摄像法两种测量方案,并分析了两种测量方案的关键技术,同时指出了实际应用中需要注意的问题。
The measurement for far-field energy of current high power laser is introduced in this paper.Firstly,two measurement schemes named detector array method and CCD imaging method are designed,then,key technologies of the two measurement schemes are analyzed,and finally,some problems that need be noticed in practical application are pointed out.
