对功能训练及其在美军体能训练中的应用情况进行介绍,建议我军可以根据现有条件,运用功能训练的理论和方法改进体能训练。
The article introduced the functional training and its utilization in U.S army.Thus the theory and method of functional training can be applied in the physical training of PLA.
