摘要
以甲醇为提取溶剂,采用超声波提取柑橘皮中川陈皮素,并用高效液相色谱进行分析,结合单因素和正交实验对超声波提取柑橘皮中川陈皮素的提取工艺进行优化,探讨不同因素对柑橘皮中川陈皮素提取含量的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:90%甲醇、料液比1∶50(W/V)、提取温度50℃、提取时间60min。用优化后的提取条件进行加标回收实验,回收率为90.5%,并用于几样柑橘皮中川陈皮素含量测定。结果表明,精品橙皮中川陈皮素的含量最高。
With methanol as extraction solvent,the nobiletin from citrus peels which was extracted by ultrasonic assistance was determinated by HPLC,and the ultrasonic extracted process was optimized by single factor and orthogonal tests.The influences of different factors on the extraction content of nobiletin in citrus peels were studied.The results showed that the optimum extraction condition was:90% methanol,ratio of material to liquid 1:50(W/V),extraction temperature 50℃,and extraction time 60min.The recovery was reached to 90.5% with the optimum condition which was used in the content determination of nobiletin from several citrus peels.The results showed that the nobiletin content in jingpin orange peels was higher than others.
