摘要
以ZL101为基础,通过添加Cu、Ni、V、Mn和RE元素,制备了改良铸造铝硅合金材料。磨料磨损试验表明,改良合金的磨损失重量、体积相对磨损率均小于ZL101,且磨面磨损均匀,微凸点割裂基体程度较轻,无裂纹出现,磨料磨损性能优于传统ZL101铝硅合金。
Based on ZL101,by adding Cu,Ni,V,Mn and RE elements,the modified Al-Si casting alloy was prepared.Abrasive wear tests indicate that the wear weight loss and relative wear volume loss ratio of the modified alloy are less than that of ZL101,and the grinding surface wear is uniform,the slight convex points separate the matrix to a lesser extent,no crack produces,abrasive wear performance is better than the traditional ZL101 aluminum silicon alloy.
