EKS吸湿发热纤维混纺织物的染色分析 被引量:4

摘要 EKS纤维是一种具有吸湿发热性能的新型纤维,易吸水膨胀、易起毛起球,易吸附酸、碱,具有可使染液pH值向中性转移的特点。ESK纤维不能上染颜色,对于ESK纤维与普通腈纶混纺织物的染色,仅单染腈纶纤维,染料应选择在pH值5.5以上仍稳定且不易污染EKS纤维的阳离子染料;选择柠檬酸作为缓冲酸并保证最终布面pH值呈弱酸性;染色时选用90.0℃匀染10 min、再升温至100.0℃保温处理的阶梯式染色曲线;为避免EKS纤维的起毛起球,染色时应调整染色机的喷嘴压力;选用专用的腈纶清洗剂清洗并避免高温清洗;加工中也不易选用含有甲醛的助剂,通过这些措施能够提高EKS纤维与普通腈纶混纺织物的染色成功率。 The EKS finer is a new type of fiber with moisture-absorbing and heat-emitting property,which is easy to expand after absorbing moisture,easy to give rise to fuzzing and pilling and bears the characteristic of changing the pH value of dyeing liquid to neutral point.The EKS fiber can be dyed.For dyeing of the EKS fiber and common acrylic fiber blended knitted fabric,only acrylic fiber can dyed and the selected dye should be still stable when pH value is more than 5.5,which is usually the cationic dye without pollution to EKS fiber;citric acid should be selected as buffered acid and the final fabric surface pH value should show weak acid;the ladder type dyeing curve should be applied,i.e.,keeping 10 minutes when the temperature is 90.0 ℃ and the temperature is increased to 100.0 ℃;the jet nozzle pressure should be adjusted in the dyeing process in order to avoid fuzzing and pilling of EKS fiber;special cleaning agent for acrylic fiber should be applied under lower temperature;and the formaldehyde contained agent should not be employed.By taking these measures,the dyeing success rate of the EKS fiber and common acrylic fiber blended knitted fabric can be improved.
