摘要
目的探讨肺动静脉瘘合并心脏形态改变的临床表现、诊断及治疗手段。方法对1例肺动静脉瘘合并心脏形态改变的患者临床表现、诊断及治疗进行分析并复习相关文献。结果患者有典型肺动静脉瘘的症状、体征、影像学表现,同时行心脏彩超发现合并有心脏增大、瓣膜返流、肺动脉高压形成等心脏形态改变。结论 PAVF患者一旦诊断明确后及时进行手术或介入治疗,不但有利于纠正患者的缺氧症状,而且可以阻止其引发的血流动力学改变对心脏的损害。
Objective To explore the clinic presentation,diagnosis and therapy of pulmonary arteriovenous fistula with alteration of cardiac morphology.Methods We reported a case of pulmonary arteriovenous fistula with alteration of cardiac morphology and reviewed the literature.Results The patient has typical symptom,sign,and imageology presentation of pulmonary arteriovenous fistula.At the same time,the patient was found to be combined with alteration of cardiac morphology,including enlarged heart,valve insufficient,pulmonary hypertension.Conclusion Once pulmonary arteriovenous fistula has a clear diagnosis,the surgical operation or interventional therapy should be undertook promptly.Only in this way,the anoxia sign of patient could be improved,and the damage of the heart initiated by haemodynamics could be prevented.
