摘要
文章结合量子力学发展现状和当今社会发展对人才培养的新需求,依托精品课程建设,从课前准备、课堂教学和课外辅导3个环节探索了特色鲜明的教学模式,以推动人才培养模式的创新。通过实践总结出优良的教风、现代化的教学手段、启发式教学方法、师生互动和扎实的实践教学环节等是促进学生发展的有效途径,也是良好的教学质量的有力保障。
Combined with the status of development of quantum mechanics and Uae new requirements ox social development for personnel training today, relying on exquisite - course construction, the paper explores the teaching model with distinctive characteristics, in order to promote the innovation of the model for person- nel training from three aspects, such as pre - class preparation, classroom teaching and tutoring.
