摘要
针对某智能弹药缺乏必要的测试设备的问题,利用PXI总线和虚拟仪器技术,设计开发了面向电参数的自动测试系统;介绍了系统的软硬件结构和功能,设计了信号转接接口和调理电路,在LabWindows/CVI环境下开发了测试系统软件,并通过控制测试设备实现信号激励的加载和数据采集,完成该智能弹药工作时序、控制信号、直流电阻和绝缘电阻等的测试;该系统采用开放式平台结构,能够满足该弹各部件的性能检测的要求,为以后智能弹药的测试提供了必要的测试手段和通用化平台。
Aimed at the problem of lacking test equipment, an automatic test system used to test electric parameters was designed for an intelligent munition based on PXI bus and virtual instrument technology. The paper introduce structure and function of software and hard- ware in the system, and designed modules of signal connector and conditioning, and developed test software by LabWindows/CVI, then real- ized excitation signal load and signal acquisition, and achieved test projects such as work of timing, control order, DC resistance and insula- ting resistance. The design adopted an open platform structure, and it achieved an good test means and test platform.
