摘要
针对一种新型压裂车电气控制系统的设计要求,提出了其中电控系统的设计构想。控制箱设计分为台上控制箱(用于发动机、传动箱、大泵的状态参数显示及发动机起停等简单控制)和单车手动远控箱(用于压裂作业时远距离控制单台压裂泵车);电控部分设计分为电源(采用底盘车电瓶提供主控箱、加热器、照明和发动机共4路直流电源)和监控(能监测到发动机、传动箱和大泵的报警信号)。
In consideration of the requirement of an electrical control system designing of a new fracturing truck,a design idea of the electrical control system was proposed.The control box was divided into desk control box(for displaying the parameters of engine,transmission box and the big-size pump and the start and stop of engine) and manual remote control box of single operation(for remote control of single pump fracturing).The electrical control design is divided into electrical power(4 lines of DC power was supplied by chassis vehicle accumulator for main control box,heater,lighting and engine)and monitoring(for detecting warning signals of engine,transmission box and big-sized pump).
