摘要
本文对机械系统中的强度-载荷模型进行了拓展.把强度、载荷的含义应用于数字化控制系统的可靠性研究当中.从理论和仿真两方面对该模型进行了验证.并给出了该模型的两种函数表达式:基于乘法定理和基于安全裕度系数.同时,文章还考虑了时间效应与载荷的随机性,给出了设备在强度变化情况下的可靠度与失效率函数.并做了实例验证分析.
In this paper, the strength-load model in mechanical system is expended. The meaning of strength and load are applied in digital control system's reliability research. The model is validated from theory and simulation. And two kinds of function expression of the model are given: base on the multiplication theorem and safety margin factor. At the same time, the article also considering time effect and the randomness of the load, given the device in the intensity changes in case of reliability and failure rate function. And a real example is analyzed.
