摘要
目的:了解康复期乳腺癌患者生存质量与社会支持之间的关系,探讨提高生存质量的有效途径。方法:对167例康复期乳腺癌患者采用乳腺癌患者生存质量量表中文版(V4.0)和社会支持量表进行生存质量和社会支持问卷调查,分析其相关性。结果:康复期乳腺癌患者生存质量总分为(98.54±16.86)分,社会支持总分为(45.05±7.63)分。康复期乳腺癌患者生存质量与社会支持呈正相关(r=0.397,P<0.01)。结论:康复期乳腺癌患者生存质量水平较低,社会支持与生存质量呈正相关,社会支持水平越高,其生存质量越高。
Objective：To find the relationship of quality of life and social support in rehabilitative breast cancer patients.Try to find an effective way of improving the quality of life.Methods Evaluate the quality of life and social support with chinese edition（V 4.0） and social support form,analyze the relationship between them.Results： Quality of life scores（98.54±16.86） whereas social support scores 45.05±7.63 in 167 rehabilitative breast cancer patients.The quality of life has a positive correlation with social support in rehabilitative breast cancer patients（r=0.397,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The quality of life is relatively low in rehabilitative breast cancer patients.Social support is an positive correlation factor of quality of life.Those who receive more social support have an higher Qol.
