摘要 国际21世纪教育委员会的报告强调护理教育应重视培养护生价值观及情商(EQ)等非智力因素,以此来促进护士的角色升华,并指出把技术主义的知识结构变为"管理、人文、心理"的知识结构,有利于提高护理质量。但调查又显示,
