Long Evans大鼠视皮层星型胶质细胞的体外培养

摘要 目的建立星型胶质细胞体外培养体系,为体外研究星型胶质细胞的功能奠定基础。方法无菌条件下取新生1～3 d的Long Evans(LE)大鼠视皮层,差速贴壁法除去成纤维细胞,摇床振荡法除去其他细胞,免疫荧光法对细胞进行鉴定。结果分离培养的细胞具备典型的星型胶质细胞形态,表达了星型胶质细胞特异性抗原GFAP,并能分泌硫酸软骨素。结论该方法培养的星型胶质细胞具有正常的形态和功能,可用于星型胶质细胞的体外功能研究。
