经尿道瘢痕组织钬激光切开术治疗尿道狭窄临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价尿道狭窄经尿道瘢痕钬激光切开方法的临床治疗效果。方法选择创伤和炎症性尿道狭窄患者26例,在经尿道瘢痕组织钬激光切开后,留置尿管3~4周,拔除尿管后每周扩张尿道1次,共4~6次。结果所有患者排尿通畅,随访6~24个月未出现排尿困难。结论经尿道瘢痕组织钬激光切开术是治疗尿道狭窄的较好途径,具有治疗效果可靠、创伤小、恢复快等优点。
