摘要
介绍了温压技术的工艺过程和致密化机制,采用温压工艺制备铁基粉末冶金材料,优选出了适合于温压工艺的聚合物添加剂,并确定了其最佳压制温度范围。试验表明。
A brief review on warm compaction technology was introduced. Iron base powder metallurgy materials were prepared by warm compaction. The effective polymer and the suitable compaction temperature range were determined. Experimental results showed that warm compaction may obviously improve thegreen density, sintered density and mechanical properties of the materials.
