摘要
对非调质钢(49MnVS3)曲轴与调质钢(S53C)曲轴的显微组织、力学性能和疲劳性能进行对比试验,确定了49MnVS3钢为柴油机曲轴用材,并投入批量生产,产生了良好的经济效益。
In this paper, the contrast experiment on microstructure and mechanics durability properties between non quenched and tempered steel (49MnVS3) crankshaft and quenched and tempered steel (S53C) crankshaft was described. According to the result of contrast experiment, it is choosen that the non quenched and tempered steel (49MnVS3) as a material of diesel engine crankshaft and leads to a lot of economic benefit through its gradual application in batch production.
