电镀层常用对可伐合金电子元件的外引线进行防蚀保护,但试验证明有缺陷的镀金、镀镍层会促进可伐合金的应力腐蚀断裂。其断裂机理为阳极溶解和氢致开裂。
The Kovar Alloy used for the outlet of the fixed circuit is often plated to preserve from corrosin. The outlet made of this alloy is easy for delay cracking to occur. The defective gold plating and nickel plating both promote the stress corrosion cracking of the Kovar Alloy. The reason for cracking is anode dissolve and hydrogen leading to cracking. The reduction of the plating defect will greatly reduce the cracking of the outlet.
