加味酸枣仁汤对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠脑组织单胺类神经递质NE、DA及5-HT影响的实验研究 被引量:36

摘要 目的:探讨加味酸枣仁汤对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响。方法:采用孤养法结合慢性不可预见性温和应激制备大鼠抑郁模型,用荧光法测定大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质的含量,运用统计学方法比较组间差异,说明加味酸枣仁汤对抑郁动物模型的影响。结果:模型对照组大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质含量与正常对照组有显著差异,加味酸枣仁汤高剂量组可显著提高抑郁大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质含量。结论:加味酸枣仁汤可增加抑郁模型大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质含量;加味酸枣仁汤的抗抑郁作用机理可能与增加脑内单胺类神经递质含量有关。 Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Suanzaoren decoction on the monoamine neurotransmitters(NE,DA and 5-HT) of rats with depression.Methods:Isolatetd-living condition and chronic mild unpredictable stress are applied successively to set up DEP rat model.Fluorometric method is applied to detect the monoamine neurotransmitters(NE,5-HT and DA) of the brains.To evaluate the efficiency of modified Suanzaoren decoction on the depressive behavior tests and cerebral monoamine neurotransmitters of DEP rat model through statistics means.Results:The cerebral monoamine neurotransmitters of DEP rat model decreased significantly compared with the normal control group.Conclusions:Modified Suanzaoren decoction can promote the monoamine neurotransmitters concentration of DEP rat model.The results present a dose-dependant effect.The anti-depressive mechanism of modified Suanzaoren decoction mainly is due to increasing the cerebral NE and 5-HT concentration in the brains.
