摘要
目的了解成都市医疗机构消毒灭菌质量现状,为改进医院消毒管理工作提供依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检验方法,对成都市某城区医疗机构消毒灭菌质量进行了监测。结果 2008至2010年共采样6 530份,消毒质量总平均合格率为92%。区属医院、社区卫生服务中心、门诊部及个体诊所消毒灭菌质量合格率分别为96%、91%和92%。室内空气、医护人员手、诊疗器械和物体表面消毒灭菌质量依次分别为79%、83%、91%和95%。结论该城区医疗机构消毒灭菌管理工作存在薄弱环节,部分监测对象合格率偏低,应加强重点环节消毒管理。
Objective To know the status of disinfection and sterilization so as to provide the basis for improving the disinfection management of medical institutions.Methods On-the-spot investigation and sampling inspection were used to monitor the disinfection and sterilization quality of medical institutions in a district of Chengdu.Results 6 530 samples were tested from 2008 to 2010,and the qualified rate was 92%.The qualified rate of county hospital,CHSC and private clinical was 96%,91% and 92% respectively.The qualified rates of various monitoring samples were as followed： indoor air 79%,medical personnel′s hands 83%,surgical instruments 91%,object surface 95%.Conclusion There′re some weak point in the management of medical institutions disinfection and sterilization in this district,especially the qualified rate of some samples are low.It＇s necessary to strengthen management in the key point of disinfection.
