摘要
华能杨柳青电厂6号300MW单元机组磨煤机控制系统已投运十余年之久,控制系统软硬件逐渐老化,故障率增高,而且原磨煤机控制系统响应速度慢,监控操作不便捷。针对这些问题,对磨煤机的PLC控制系统、工艺流程、控制逻辑以及现场设备进行升级改造,改造后的投运实际结果表明,磨煤机控制系统运行稳定,且完全达到了预期的改造升级效果。
Coal mill control system of #6 unit of Huaneng Yangliuqing Power Plant has been put into operation for over ten years,the softwares and hardwares of the control system are getting older and older,and faults occur very frequent.Moreover,the old control system responds slowly and is not convenient to be operated.Face to these problems,it is necessary to upgrade the PLC control system,to change the technological process,to optimize the control logic and to renew the devices.After the development,the coal mill control system operates steadily,and completely accords with the expectant result.
