摘要
为合理利用氮肥,实现大麦高产优质高效栽培,以扬饲麦3号、港啤1号、扬农啤2号和Frankin等4个品种为供试材料,运用方程拟合的方法,研究了不同氮肥水平下冬大麦籽粒增重动态过程及特征。结果显示,随着氮肥水平的提高,灌浆参数:灌浆持续期、终极积累量、到达最大灌浆速率时的积累量、最大灌浆速率、各阶段的积累量和灌浆速率、中期的灌浆时间均呈增加趋势,不同氮肥处理大麦籽粒灌浆过程可以用Richards方程W=A/(1+be-kt)m来描述。逐步回归分析灌浆参数与产量及其构成因素的关系表明,影响大麦产量形成的主要因素是起始灌浆势,其次是到达最大灌浆速率时积累量,起始灌浆势越大,到达最大灌浆速率时积累量越大,越有利于籽粒灌浆。灌浆前期的灌浆速率和灌浆中期的积累量对大麦产量的影响也较大;影响大麦穗粒数的主要因素是到达最大灌浆速率时的积累量,同时,灌浆前期的灌浆速率和中期的积累量也有影响;对千粒重起主要作用的是最大灌浆速率和起始灌浆势以及灌浆后期的灌浆速率和前期的灌浆时间。
The barley grain filling characteristics were investigated studied on different variety and nitrogen application rates. Results showed that of accumulative dynamics the grain weight could be described by Richards equation. With the increasing of nitrogen application rates, the accumulative time (T), the maximum accumulation amount (A), the accumulation amount of the maximum hilling rate ( Wmax ), the maximum hilling rate ( Vmax ), the accumulation amounts and the average hilling rate in early, middle and late stage( W1, W2, W3 and V1, V2, V3 ) and the hilling time of middle stage(T2) were increased. The stepwise regression analysis showed that the parameters of the Richards equation for the grain filling were positively related with the winter barley yieid. The parameters of the relative hilling rate( R0 ) and Wmax could affect the yieid of winter barley,and high R0 and Wmax contributed to the yieid. Meanwhile,V1 and W2 also could affect the yieid of winter barley. W V1 and W2 could affect the grain number per spike. V Ro, V3 and the interminate time in early stage(T1) could affect the 1000-grain weight.
